Western Metals entered into a joint venture agreement with the USA group Lynx1 LLC to pursue uranium prospects in the USA.

Western Metals will solely fund the land acquisition program over the coming 12 months and on completion will have earned 52% of the joint venture. Western Metals will then earn 2% interest for every USD$100,000 spent in the exploration program up to a maximum of 80%.
